That doggy did WHAT? And then the owners did WHAT?
Well, Cecil put his money where his mouth was….literally, by eating 4000 dollars left in an envelope at a couple’s house who were going to pay cash for work on a fence.
I had to put this story in to start off the week, as I know full well that there are doggies who will eat anything lying around or at least have fun shredding paper, money, old sweaters, shoes, you name it.
We might have mentioned this before but mama’s mama was visited her daughter-in-law and the darling bearded collie of the house disappeared into her mother-in-law’s bedroom, sat in an open suitcase on a brand new St. John knit and ate most of a box of Godiva chocolates, using the knit as a napkin, haha.
Pooe doggy. She was a bit under the weather after that, and I think mama’s mama finally did have the suit cleaned, but still….naughty doggy, that Miggin.
But Cecil is so incredibly cute that it would be very difficult to chastise him for his choice of chews!
So our spark for today is… you guessed it: forgiveness.
What a story…
We loved it that the owner said it was the first time he had laundered money, haha.
Wait a minute, is that a 10-euro bill I see on the floor….hmmm….
